Peanut Butter and Strawberry Toast
- Large slice of sourdough (see note 1)
- 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Toast sourdough.
- Spread with peanut butter, top with strawberries.
- Drizzle with honey and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Note 1 – You will find the sourdough that I buy here, I slice it and freeze the slices to use on demand (you can use a reusable zip lock bag to freeze). To use the bread from frozen, I place it directly into the toaster and toast for 2 minutes. This method minimises waste.
