I’m excited to share my Christmas table with you, borrowing from my childhood traditions and the new flavours that I have been introduced to in recent years. These are the tried and tested recipes that I prepare year after year. Whether you are enjoying a BBQ, a grazing feast down at the beach, a seafood spread or a classic roast, you will find your inspiration for the holidays within these pages. Not just for the big day itself, but for all those days in between where you are entertaining and indulging more than usual. We all want to spend more time with our family and friends and less time stressing in the kitchen! Not only is this book filled with straightforward, homely and delicious recipes, it is also filled with tips and tricks on how to prepare ahead to ensure your Christmas is more memorable and manageable.

There are three main chapters in the e-book, with 25 recipes covering grazing, seafood and the main event.
